Best Setting videos really are useless. The fact is that there are no best settings for particular type of photography. The very question of "What are the Best Settings?" highlights that you don't understand photography and that's OK, we all start somewhere. Understanding exposure is an important part of photography, but most digital cameras can do this part for you and that's important because the art of photography is primarily about being able to find and compose a scene, the technicalities of how to capture it can be learned along the way and are never the most important part.
