When the world feels heavy and work feels toxic, your nervous system deserves peace. This sound bowl healing session was created as a sacred pause — a space for Black Women to breathe, release, and reconnect with the calm that’s often buried beneath survival mode.

In this guided sound bowl experience, you’re invited to let go of the tension, grief, and stress stored in your body. Each tone and vibration is intentionally tuned to help you soften your thoughts, ground your spirit, and open space for restoration and clarity.

This is not a conversation about healing — this is healing.

Allow the sound frequencies to move through you as you:
