Let’s walk together!!
This year I want to focus on good, healthy habits that are easy to fit into my daily routine. As I get older, I realize that it is essential for me to focus on my health so I can be present and well for my family. Walking several times a week with YOU is one change I am most excited about.
If you can’t join in for the walk, thats ok! You can join for the conversation! I will try to read some of your comments at the end of each walking session! Also, if you cant join live, no worries! I’ll upload each session onto the channel so you can join in when it’s convenient for you!
