LIMIT YOUR NEWS
Limit the news you listen to late at night otherwise you will go to bed with all that negativity and worry in your head and it will affect your sleep.
Instead of watching too much news watch things that make you laugh out loud, comedy classics, your favourite comedian, funny films, anything that lifts your spirits and makes you smile.
This is the perfect distraction from what is going on all around us at the moment.
The book I talk about is called ‘Love, Medicine and Miracles’ by Dr Bernie Siegel. Laughter really can be the best medicine.
