EDSP CATEGORY 2 (2nd to 5th Year College)
General Qualifications
Must be a child of an active OWWA member; or
Must be single
Must not be more than 30 years old
Must have a GWA of at least 85% or its equivalent
Must have no failing grades
Must be enrolled in a Philippine-based college/university
The basic requirements to be submitted by the applicants upon application online are the following:
1. Proof of Identity
1.1 OFW - Copy of Valid OFW Passport Bio or Info Page
1.2 Dependent
1.2.1 Valid School I.D. or any available Valid I.D.
1.2.2 Birth Certificate or Baptismal
2.Proof of grades from the previous School Year
(i.e. Form 137 or Form 10 [TOR], Form 138 or Report Card, or Certificate of Grades from the School)
3.2x2 I.D. Picture of the OFW's Dependent (Child or Sibling Applicant)

OFW Dependent Scholarship Program (ODSP) - a scholarship program that offers financial assistance amounting to Php20,000.00 per school year to qualified dependents of OFWs and who shall enroll, are currently enrolled or have been enrolled in any four-year or five-year baccalaureate course or associate course in any Philippine-based college or university. The required monthly salary of the OFW shall be based on the guidelines specified in the memorandum to be issued by OWWA during the application period every school year.

ODSP CATEGORY 1 (Incoming 1st Year College)
Must be a child or sibling of an OFW Active member
Must be single
Must not be more than 21 years old
Must have a passing general weighted everage (GWA) from previous school year.
Must have a monthly OFW income not more than USD 1,000.00 or its equivalent
Must have NO AVAILMENT of any OWWA Scholarship Program by other
Members of the OFW Family

ODSP CATEGORY 2 (Already enrolled in 2nd year to 5th year in college)
Must be a child or sibling of an OFW Active member
Must be single
Must not be more than 30 years old
With a passing general weighted everage (GWA) from previous school year.
Must be enrolled in a Philippine-based College/University
Must have a monthly OFW income not more than USD 1,000.00 or its equivalent
Must have NO AVAILMENT of any OWWA Scholarship Program by other Members of the OFW Family
