In this 30 Mins Resistance Bands BOOTY Workout, we’ll be using long resistance loop bands AND mini bands (booty bands) to sculpt, strengthen, and tone. I am using an X-Heavy Mini Band.
This workout is beginner-friendly and perfect for all fitness levels. This workout will 100% give you the juiciest pump of your life, trust me! 🔥

🏋🏼 Long Loop Resistance Band 'Weight':
Purple - Heavy Approx 31kg
Black - Medium Approx 25kg
Orange - Light Approx 13kg

Warm up - 30 seconds on each exercise
Main 24 Mins - 18 Exercises, 60 seconds on, 20 seconds off
Cool down - 30 seconds on each exercise
