Building and shaping a 6'4 x 23" x 3" Paulownia and Balsa wooden surfboard. Part of my recovery from my 7 hip surgeries became board building. The small repetitive movements were better than the gym for me and the result is a promise to my self. If i put in the work, I'll get to surf it. It is a long, slow, labor intensive process but the result is definitely worth it.
Thank you Scott and Gabe for your video work and being an extra set of hands when I needed them.
