LEE COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Days after the worst prison riot the U.S. had seen in a quarter century, Governor Henry McMaster issued an executive order to funnel money to the state prison system.
It's an order that gave SC Dept. of Corrections Director Bryan Stirling the green light to stop the violence.
