Parents Dinner 2025 is an annual event organized by 4th semester Culinary Arts students. The event is a special dinner dedicated to parents as a form of gratitude and appreciation for their love, sacrifices, and continuous moral and financial support.
The theme, “Nusantara Spice Journey,” is inspired by Indonesia’s rich spice heritage, which historically attracted global trade and shaped the nation’s culinary traditions and cultural identity. Through this event, guests are invited to experience a culinary journey across the diverse flavors of the Indonesian archipelago.
The dinner highlights traditional Indonesian cuisine while incorporating modern culinary creativity. It celebrates cultural heritage and reflects the historical influence of international trade relationships formed through the spice routes, blending tradition and modern innovation into a meaningful dining experience.
