This is the story of 20-year-old Darshitha, a young married woman and mother of a toddler, who checked into a lodge at Bherya village, Saligrama, never to return alive. Behind her tragic death was Siddaraju, her distant relative and alleged lover, whose growing obsession turned into a horrifying crime.

Authorities say Siddaraju used his hardware knowledge to plan the murder. After Darshitha decided to prioritize her marriage and distance herself from him, he allegedly plotted a brutal end. Reports reveal that she was restrained and a suspicious explosive/electrical device was forced into her mouth, leading to an instant fatal blast.

Initially, Siddaraju tried to cover it up by claiming it was a mobile phone accident. But investigators quickly uncovered the truth. Forensic reports, chemical residue, and crime scene analysis exposed the incident as a cold, premeditated murder.

Adding to the mystery, police also linked Siddaraju to a gold and cash theft in Kannur, Kerala, just days before the murder, raising questions about motive and planning.
