We spent the weekend camping at Soup Creek Campground in the beautiful Swan River State Forest of Northwest Montana. From scouting out new dispersed campsites in the area to cooking some delicious camp meals on the Blackstone griddle, this trip had a little bit of everything.
We also stopped by the Mission Mountain Mercantile in Condon, MT, a must-visit for road snacks and local charm, and tested a brand new camp recipe: stuffed French toast made with Twinkies!
We also whipped up shrimp fajitas and Philly cheesesteaks on the griddle, soaked up the fall forest vibes, and marked a few new dispersed camping spots for future trips.
