Описание: Hey guys! thank you for watching our FILBERT VILLAGE tour 2022. Filbert Village (Unite Students) can offer different types of room from CLASSIC EN-SUITE, CLASSIC ACCESSIBLE EN-SUITE (for students with disabilities), PREMIUM EN-SUITE and STUDIO (the whole flat to yourself ).

*Filbert Village is around 10 mins walk from DMU*

Depending on what year you watch this, the cost of the flats may have already gone down or up so pls visit the official unite students website.

The length of the contract varies with minimum of 43 weeks. I would personally recommend getting a CLASSIC EN-SUITE bedroom for £130 a week because you basically get the same thing as the PREMIUM bedroom(£141 per week) but only with a little bit wider width but the length is the same. The bathroom is also similar to the rest of the rooms in the flat and you share the kitchen with your flatmates. All bills included.

You can choose to be in a mixed gender flat or single gender flat which ever you're most comfortable with but personally I was in a mixed gender flat with 2 boys 2 girls.
