Hello to all my dear friends, I’m Mr. Taster and I’m in Kuwait and I’ll be going to Baja Abo Ali shop, Al Shamam restaurant and a sandwich shop called Moukallat Khafeefah. Stay tuned on my exciting reports on these amazing locations

First we went to Baja Abo Ali, they serve a famous Sheep's Head for breakfast, a culinary masterpiece. The restaurant showcases a large Sheep's Head, expertly prepared. The head is meticulously cleaned, and edible meat is set aside, creating a ready tray of Kaleh Pacheh. The dish includes sheep head broth, leg, bana goosh, brain, and tongue, served with fresh herbs, onions, and bread. The experience is described as unique and unbelievable, with exceptional flavors, including the tasty sheep's eye. The combination of bana goosh with a bit of brain is highlighted as excellent, making the Sheep's Head a delightful and extraordinary culinary adventure.

Next we went to Al-Shamam Restaurant a famous Iranian Kuwaiti restaurant in Al Mubarakiya Bazaar, the culinary journey unfolds with unique Kuwaiti-Iranian dishes. The menu features impressive offerings, including fried pomfret fish, tender neck meat, and fish fillet for Chelo-Gosht. Ghalieh Mahi, crispy fish served on bread with tomatoes and fried peppers, adds a delightful touch. The spread extends to saffron rice, Baghali Polo, and the famous Kuwaiti Mutabbaq, alongside Iranian Istanbuli and Majbous dishes. Charcoal-grilled kebabs and a selection of fresh, large fish showcase the restaurant's diverse offerings. The anticipation builds as they season and prepare the fish, oven-baking it with a flavorful blend of spices, Indian tamarind, and a special sauce. Ready for a taste test, the dining experience promises a delicious fusion of Kuwaiti and Iranian flavors.

After we arrived at the most famous sandwich shop in Kuwait called Moukallat Khafeefah with its extraordinary sandwiches like the Moshakel sandwich. They offer a variety of sandwiches, including a complex one with falafel, mashed potatoes, eggplant, and salad, which is truly unique. Additionally, they have a falafel sandwich with macaroni, round-cut fries, and shawarma, all of which are incredibly delicious and unique.
