Spent a lot of time last week adjusting my TT position and thinking about aerodynamics. Doing the changes to adopt a position closer to the pros, but then thinking through the aerodynamic and biomechanical effects of said change. I'm approaching a position I'm happy with, which is unlikely to change before CTT nationals in August.
