I made it using thickened milk, soft bread powder, cream, condensed milk and lots of fresh sitaphal pulp for that real, fruity flavour.
In this video, I show every step clearly — from preparing the fruit, reducing the milk, scraping the malai, adding natural thickener, cooling it properly and finally mixing in the sitaphal.
Serve it cold and enjoy the thick, creamy texture in every spoon. 💛🍮
