Combining a witty cult comic book from Marvel, good actors, and one of science fiction's greatest visionaries should've been a recipe for success. Instead we got the restroom steamer, Howard the Duck. It's a movie that manages to be action packed but boring, joke-filled but unfunny, and stocked with talent but full of bad performances.
But is it watchable?
