A13 year old was electrocuted to death In Kolkata. He was brought to the Calcutta Medical hospital however he was declared dead over there. The same incident happened earlier six days back when a 12 year old was electrocuted which left the city in shock. Now this is the second horrific incident that has happened within a week which highlights the negligence of authorities. Electrocution reportedly has happened due to heavy rain in the area.
