Heyy!
I hope that this video finds you in good spirits :) Though recruitment is a very long and tiring process, it was so worth it!
This was my first year being behind the scenes and when I tell you it was one of the most stressful, rewarding, exhausting, and bonding experiences of my life, it’s the truth!
I am absolutely in love with our newest class of 2023 and it has been so wonderful watching them connect with our house.
If you are debating doing recruitment or mentally preparing to be an active going through recruitment, I hope this video helps! When I was a freshman there were no videos showing what recruitment was like at UC Berkeley and I remember really loving to watch those videos as they helped me to better understand the process.
