This stunt can have a large number of variations and number of athletes involved.
In this example, I'll talk about the specific grips of the group as they are shown, but note that you can have the base on the other side and the concept still holds true, just in the opposite direction/side.
Flyer: Starting in front of the group, they should have their foot out in front of them (lead leg) that is the same side as the base they will be standing on. In this case, it's the left foot in front since the primary base is on the flyer's left side. Being sure to execute the back walkover with control, the flyer will pause momentarily in their split handstand for the base(s) to get a grip. Keeping their hands on the ground throughout the dip (popping them off and back down again may be illegal on your score sheet) the flyer will push off of the ground, holding a strong hollow position, picking her chest up, and pulling her free leg into a Lib or Body Position.
Primary Base: With this base standing to the left of the flyer, the right hand will be under the foot, while the left helps J the flyer into position. The right hand will grab the flyer's lead foot as they hit their split handstand. Their right hand will be palm down, fingers pointing towards the toes, and then another 1/4 turn clockwise so that the thumb is on the inside of the flyer's shoe and the fingers are on the outside. This will help the base secure the foot, ankle, and lower leg into place once the flyer is righted into the stunt. The left arm will reach under the hip/upper thigh of the flyer, getting the elbow or bicep underneath the leg. The more arm the base can get under the leg, the more power, support, and control they will have. From here, it's just J-ing the leg in and under to help the flyer stand.
Secondary Base (Optional): This is the base that helps lift the flyer's chest when they come off the ground. There are a number of ways to execute this part of the stunt. However, just like spotting tumbling, more power and support will come from having an arm fully underneath the flyer's chest so that the base can lift with her shoulder and upper arm, instead of just her hands and wrists. With this in mind, this base is wrapping her right arm all the way under the flyer to reach for her other side, while her left hand supports the flyer's chest next to her shoulder. Lifting with her legs and using the flyer's momentum to extend her arms, the base helps lift the flyer into place and then assists the primary base in supporting and stabilizing the flyer.
Back Spot (Optional): To ensure that the primary base gets the best grip they can, the back spot is going to grab the flyer's ankle on her lead leg with the hand closest to the primary base, and then under the front of the flyer's thigh on the same leg with the hand farther away from the primary base. This will allow the back spot to assist the primary base in lifting and J-ing the flyer into place.
