Описание: The Industrial Park Rating System (IPRS) 3.0 is India’s latest initiative to benchmark and evaluate industrial parks across the country, aiming to strengthen the Make in India mission and enhance overall industrial competitiveness. Launched by Union Commerce & Industry Minister Piyush Goyal in New Delhi, IPRS 3.0 is developed by DPIIT with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

This upgraded version introduces modern parameters such as sustainability, green infrastructure, digitalization, logistics connectivity, innovation, and skill development. By assessing these parameters, IPRS 3.0 provides a clear, transparent, and reliable rating system for industrial parks, helping investors, policymakers, and industry leaders make informed decisions.

The system classifies industrial parks into three categories:

Leaders: High-performing parks with world-class infrastructure

Challengers: Parks with potential for growth and improvement

Aspirers: Emerging parks aiming for development and modernization
