This video shows our experience at The 5K Foam Fest – Brisbane 2026, a 5 km fun run full of foam, mud, obstacles, and an incredible atmosphere.
We started the race at 11:40 AM, ready to enjoy the day together. Along the way we laughed nonstop, got surprised and scared on some obstacles, slipped into the mud, and pushed through every challenge as a group. Not everything went perfectly, a sore back reminded us why stretching matters, but it became part of the story we now laugh about.
The most important part wasn’t the obstacles or the distance, it was sharing the experience. We crossed the finish line together, received our medals, and wrapped it all up with a group photo to remember the day.
This video is about friendship, fun, and creating memories, not competition.
