📝 Ingredients:
• 2 cups Masoor Dal
• 1 cup Urad Dal
• ½ cup Poha (washed)
• 2 Green Chillies
• 2-inch piece of Ginger
• 1 medium Beetroot (peeled & chopped)
• 2 cups Water (1 cup for blending, 1 cup for adjusting consistency)
• Salt to taste

👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Wash and soak masoor dal and urad dal for 2 hours.
2. Drain the water and transfer to a blender.
3. Add poha, green chilies, ginger, beetroot, and 1 cup water. Blend to a smooth paste.
4. Transfer batter to a bowl, add salt and another cup of water. Mix well.
5. Heat a dosa tawa, pour the batter, and spread it like a dosa.
6. Drizzle a little oil and cook until crisp.
7. Optional: Stuff with paneer, veggies, cheese, or aloo.
8. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
