Quite a few Pokemon have had their base stat totals modified over the years. The bulk of these changes took place in generations 6 and 7 [X, Y, Sun, Moon]. For the most part, Game Freak has raised, or buffed said stats. Most of the Pokemon that got buffs are fully evolved, but two of them aren't.
