Описание: On September 2, 2023, Hoboken Police Officer Castellano observed a vehicle driving at night with no lights on. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 24 year-old female driver instantly became annoyingly argumentative about the need to furnish her license, registration, and proof of insurance. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). The whole time, she was defiant that she was intoxicated. When the handcuffs went on, she mentioned no less than 3 times that she was a teacher. It didn't make a difference to the officers, who transported her to the Hoboken police station. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and the result was 0.17% BAC. Her case is still pending. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
