The main timesave is one-cycling Phoenix, though, which is pretty RNG.

Got this down to sub-4 minutes. Of course there are timesaves to be made but for now this is what I've got :) Build is at the end of the video. Some notes below:

It seems like the small cutscenes take around 50-55 seconds, and my bad menuing takes up 10-20 seconds (but in Tactical, time goes slow, so it count against the timer very slowly).

Tifa can finish off Phoenix before Rebirth Flame, but it requires some RNG, where Phoenix uses some ability (the best one is Blazing Onrush) which opens up the typical damage window, but delays Phoenix from actually starting the Rebirth Flame animation. That would probably save around 15-20 seconds.

In theory, you can clump Titan and Bahamut Arisen together when you pressure them, and hit both of them with Fury Cancels/Divekicks. I've only gotten it to happen once in all my attempts though, so I'm not sure if it's feasibly worth going for.

Odin clear speed is mostly RNG--if he uses Vanish early that's ideal, but the time saves here are probably minimal, 5-10 seconds at most.

I think it's probably faster to go for stagger build on Gilgamesh and just do as much damage during the stagger as possible--spamming True Strike and Fury Cancels probably is more optimal as it would boost the damage of the Fury Cancels, but oh well.

This was a very good VR Sephiroth run. If you can pressure him it's easy, though I missed a few easy perfect guards there.

Best possible times combined for each segment with the sicko Titan+Bahamut Arisen double kill setup might be able to get you under three minutes, but the required RNG is too much I think.
