Cone Collect - Boot Camp Workout Ideas For Instructors

Описание: This is a very simple boot camp game you can do as part of your warm up called cone collect. Spread as many cones as you can across your workout area and assign each person or team a colour.

The goal is simple, to bring all your colour cones back to your area but you can only collect 1 at a time. Sometimes I sneak 1 cone of a different colour among them to see if anyone collects it and if they do they get a 10 second bonus on the other players.

This keeps everyone moving, brings out a little competitiveness and great to prepare everyone for the workout ahead.
