She studied psychology and became a therapist, then studied happiness and became an expert in humor; then she studied facilitation to become a Motivational Humorist Speaker who has traveled across Canada, Europe, and selected countries in Asia. She was Europe’s top female speaker and is the Director of the #Unapologetic Movement. She helps girls, gays, and nice guys turn presence into influence—whether on stage, on camera, or online. She trains speakers to hook audiences in the first minute, be human, and use humor strategically to connect. Her YouTube content grew from 10 views a video to an average of over 500 since March, and in this session she’ll share a concrete tip anyone can implement to achieve the same. Jessica has lived on five continents for 17 years and taught in 42 countries. She speaks four languages. She got honors in her post grad in Non Profit Management. She used to sell insurance and grew up in a family business. She is a Gestalt therapist and volunteers as a hospital clown. She has served on many boards of directors- including two PSAs, and has spoken multiple times at PSA India and PSA Spain. She has run two international conferences in Barcelona and hosts a LinkedIn Live series with 11,000+ followers, having interviewed 150+ thought leaders, including Tim Gard and Scott Friedman. She has led sessions at Mobile World Congress, EU Startup Summit, STEM Congress Summit, and conferences across Europe, Asia, and in five African countries with 31 nationalities present. Jessica’s corporate clients include H&M, Amazon, and BBraun, where she teaches leaders and teams to build trust, influence, and effective communication in multicultural environments using humor and human insight. She shows speakers how to move audiences not through gimmicks, but through playful presence, eyes-wide-open passion, and Gen Z relatability.
