This class is designed to increase mobility through your entire spine from top to bottom. If you’re a human, you need this class. No matter what you do in life, keeping your spine mobile, supported and coordinated is essential.
🌱 You’ll work through:
Deep core activation using breath instead of crunching
Quadruped stability drills that teach your spine to stay steady while your limbs move
Segmental spinal flexion and extension to unlock stuck areas
Thoracic mobility on the foam roller for safe, controlled back bending
Postural strength training to support your neck, shoulders and mid-back
Breathwork to improve rib expansion and nervous system regulation
🏋️♀️ Props you’ll need:
Foam roller (short or medium)
Light weight (2–5 lbs)
Rolled blanket long enough to support your whole spine
Optional yoga block for neck support
This class is perfect if you feel stiff from sitting, training, or daily life and want more ease, strength and awareness through your entire spine. Move slowly, use long exhales to engage your core and give your body time to adapt.
