Bonnie, the daughter of Amos, Earnest, and Bagheera, who had fought for paradise in Oordeel's trials, finds herself questioning the intent of Oordeel, now that she is thrust into Helena's vengeful games.
She saw him try to save her trial-mates, her included, from Helena's games. Left in the rotting carcass of Helena's once beautiful creation, she finds herself caught in a moral quandary. Is Oordeel all the evil her parents say he is? Is he a hero?
