Hello everyone. I was trying to spawn in a rare Seawash Green Tornado when I found this RARE Ultra Blue Vader motorcycle. Its not the first one I have found. You will be able to find this bike in the pillbox hill/textile city area (I show the map in the video). Just wait for Vader motorcycles to be in spawn then cruise the area looking in all the parking lots and on the sides of the streets parked. I had a Bennys tornado custom parked in the area but have found this bike on my MKII oppressor and other random vehicles. Its always parked.
