It Won't Be Long The Beatles Guitar Cover

Описание: It Won't Be Long by The Beatles opens up their second album With The Beatles with an absolute banger! It's such a great tune, with an incredible chorus and some lovely chords to get your fingers around. It is the standard lineup with everyone on their main instruments, Paul on Hofner bass, john on his Rickenbacker 325 for rhythm guitar duties and George on his Gretsch Tennessean for the lead guitar parts. I have used my Ric copy and my Gretsch Electromatic for my parts as I don't have a Tenny yet sadly. The guitar parts are so cool in this song, that riff is such a joy to play. George changes around with the pickup selector quite a bit in this song, he prefers to use the treble bridge pickup for the riff and verse parts then switches to the middle position to get a bassier sound for the chorus so he doesn't take over with the treble. The chord shapes differ in the middle 8 too, John and George mixed it up a bit, John also sometimes plays the riff doubled with George which is cool. Enjoy!!
