how to make sweet potatoes into brownies✨🍠🍫

Описание: These brownies are the perfect pick me snack / dessert! They are my favourite way to make vegan brownies, every other recipe I’ve tried just aren’t fudgy or gooey enough for me, but these are! 🤤

🍫Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt ( plus more for sweet potatoes )
1 tsp baking powder
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup milk or choice ( up to 1/2 cup if needed )
Chocolate chips
Walnut pieces

🍫Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash, pay dry and place your sweet potatoes into a baking dish. Add olive oil and a couple good pinches of salt. Rub with your hands and place in the oven until completely tender. Poke them at the 35 minute mark to check them.

In a large bowl combine oat flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together

Once the sweet potatoes are done, take the skins and butt ends off and discard / enjoy the skis as a snack. Mash, and add sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil and milk of choice.

Mix the wet into the dry throughly. And decrease the oven temperature to 325F

Oil a 5x9 baking dish with coconut oil, place your batter in it, spread it out evenly and smother as much chocolate chips and walnuts as you desire on top.

Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes

Allow to cool for about 25 minutes before you cut into them! They will stiffen up a bit more as they cool. So if they are extra gooey while warm, don’t worry!
