Monday begins with a shoulders and arms session in the gym, and then I head straight back to the Lab to make and fulfil beard oil orders for customers.

On Wednesday, I head to the gym to do a leg session. Afterwards, I head back to the Lab to fulfil beard care orders and record Customer Review Of The Week.

Friday starts off in the gym with a chest and back session. Then I head back to the Lab to make and post out beard products for customers. After that, I get straight to work on the vlog ready for you to watch.
