I was about 14 years old the last time I read this book and a lot has changed in my practice since then, being that it has been well over a decade since then!
I intended to go more in depth about how I feel but I didn't want the video to go on for too long and plus my partner came home early so I had to stop the video. I will come back to this topic and this book at some point in the future.
