Explored a ton of new trendy shops in SoHo like Asta Resort, Frankie Shop, and found some of the most aesthetic place in New York like Printemps in Fidi. I tried all the hyped matcha spots right now so you don't have to (and rated them on my app Matcha Map as well ;). I also included a room tour of the PUBLIC hotel so you get a better idea of what to expect.
