STORYLINE:
South Korean Unification Church's leader Hak Ja Han on Monday moved to a detention center near Seoul to stand by for a court's decision on her arrest.

The Seoul Central District Court held a hearing to determine whether to issue an arrest warrant for Han upon request by investigators who have been probing into Han's bribery allegations.

Han, the 82-year-old widow of the church’s founder, Sun Myung Moon, has been facing an investigation in connection with criminal probes of former President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife.

Investigators requested an arrest warrant for Han following a questioning last week over allegations that Han and the church bribed Yoon's wife, Kim Keon Hee, and a conservative lawmaker in an effort to secure business and political favors.

Han and the church denied the allegations.

Seoul Central District Court is expected to deliver its decision on Han's arrest late Monday or early Tuesday.
