I Explore BREATHTAKING Wales on an EPIC Road Trip Adventure! Day 2 [Vanlife UK]

Описание: Join me for Day 2 of my solo campervan road trip across Wales—heading north, touching the southern areas of Snowdonia and then heading west out along the beautiful Llŷn Peninsula.

After a quiet overnight stop just outside Aberystwyth, the day begins with a drive up the coast, through mountain landscapes and into the historic town of Criccieth. It was a place I’d only ever seen in virtual reality before, so visiting in person was totally worth it.

From there, the route follows the southern edge of the Llŷn peninsula, with ever-changing scenery, winding country roads, and a spontaneous detour to a quiet little beach café tucked away at the end of a very narrow lane. Later in the day, a hillside stop offers one of the best views so far—and the final stretch of the drive delivers big open skies, little villages, and glimpses of sunlit ocean that made the whole place feel almost dreamlike.

Campsite for the night: Mynydd Mawr Caravan and Camping Site, right at the western tip of the peninsula.
