Описание: This is a 2m tuned Vhf 144-146 Mhz 2.5 Killowatt EME high power homebrew linear amplifier.The amp housing and the rest was fabricated by hand.The rf amp modules was individually handbuilt and calibrated using The Rigexpert AA-520 handheld analyser scope, the Aim uhf 5khz to1 Ghz pc analyser and Rover rf spectrum analyser, using a pair of Freescale MRFE6VP61K25H Ldmos devices.Rf combiner was fabricated from 30x30 aluminium square tubing , 8mm copper tubing,teflon spaces and 1/4 wave Huber- Suhner teflon coax,this equates to a very high power rf combiner .7 thermally controlled fans is used ,4 in the top cover and 3 mounted underneath the heatsink fins for cooling. The amplifier is easy to uprgaded To 3,4,5,6+ killowatts.Protection against over voltage, high swr, over drive,over current, power saturation and thermal runaway.The digital GLCD display and Pa controller is in a kit form and is designed by VK4DD and his Son Patrick .A Daiwa CN-801H, Bird 43, HP lab power meters was used for power measurement and calibration. Amplifier was built by ZS1NAZ.
