In this video, Dr. Clayton Moliver explains how an arm lift procedure (Brachioplasty) is done at his Houston plastic surgery clinic. An arm lift procedure is performed on individuals bothered by the size of their upper arms or more commonly, in patients who have had massive weight loss and now have loose, hanging skin on the upper arm. Brachioplasty may involve skin excision alone, or skin removal + liposuction (or both). Arm lift incisions are made as inconspicuously as possible on the inside of the arm.
