Kelsey's Connection With Doris the Rough-Toothed Dolphin

Описание: Doris, estimated to be 28 years old, is the matriarch among the new rough-toothed dolphins that arrived from Panama City. When she got to Clearwater Marine Aquarium in June, she was welcomed by a familiar face, Kelsey Fisher, a senior animal care specialist who had previously worked with Doris for over a decade!

Having a strong relationship with each dolphin allows our animal care team to build trust and make sure the dolphins are comfortable working together when they practice husbandry behaviors that are essential for medical care.
