Was Pennywise De-Confirmed for DBD?

Описание: Even though we now obviously know Pennywise was not a part of Dead by Daylight's 10th Anniversary, and furthermore Art the Clown was (announced for Chapter 42), does that REALLY mean IT was de-confirmed? More specifically, was Eric Pope's tweet really talking about the dancing clown, or was he merely using "IT" normally? Even though a lot of people are insistent on it being the former, I'm not so sure...

sorry for taking so long in between this video and the last, but at least it's not as long as it has been in the past + i Have been streaming occasionally in that timeframe
not as much as i'd like, though, so from now on i'm going to try and both upload and stream much more consistently, ideally getting an actual schedule in place
