Back working in the waterfront district commercial zones underneath the highway, placing graffiti art and store signs.

One thing missing from the previous work dropping light density commercial a week ago was adding street art to the blank concrete. In this short stream, I use PO and MoveIt! to place several murals and graffiti art along the concrete slabs underneath the highway.
