材料:300克肉碎、半勺胡椒粉、1勺酱油
其他材料:2个皮蛋、1小块生姜、三瓣蒜、1个去籽红辣椒、1把青葱、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖、1茶勺盐、少许清水
1)把肉碎加入半勺胡椒粉、1勺酱油抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2)皮蛋、蒜、姜、红辣椒&青葱切碎
3)热锅热油,把肉炒至变白,加入蒜姜辣椒炒均匀
4)加入皮蛋碎、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖、1茶勺盐、少许清水、炒均后加入青葱再快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
