Ok, as I was looking at our local classifieds I noticed A LOT of these for sale, so I decided to call the owners and figure out why, two of them came out and honestly admitted that they tried to use it with a DSLR - one damaged his hot shoe another just didn't like the wiggle.

Going on YouTube I thought there would be a zillion videos warning about the danger, but to my surprise... DOZENS of videos pushing this shit, even from freaking DSLR Video Shooter... whhhhaaaaat? Breaking your camera for $220? Really?
