Anil Ambani घर-ऑफिस पर CBI छापा: ₹2,220 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी का नया केस:बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा की शिकायत पर FIR

Описание: Central Bureau of Investigation ने उद्योगपति Anil Ambani के खिलाफ 2200 करोड़ रुपये के Loan Fraud Case में बड़ा एक्शन लिया है।यह मामला Bank of Baroda की शिकायत के आधार पर दर्ज किया गया है।CBI ने इस केस में FIR दर्ज कर मुंबई स्थित उनके घर पर छापेमारी भी की।आरोप है कि Reliance Communications द्वारा लिए गए लोन का कथित रूप से दुरुपयोग और डायवर्जन किया गया।जांच एजेंसी के मुताबिक, फर्जी लेन-देन के जरिए बैंक को भारी नुकसान पहुंचाया गया।अधिकारियों का दावा है कि कंपनी के खातों में हेरफेर कर अनियमितताओं को छिपाया गया।RCOM का खाता पहले ही NPA घोषित किया जा चुका था।इससे पहले भी इसी मामले में अन्य एजेंसियां जांच कर चुकी हैं।अब इस ताजा कार्रवाई से कॉरपोरेट जगत में हलचल तेज हो गई है।

The Central Bureau of Investigation has taken major action against industrialist Anil Ambani in an alleged ₹2200 crore loan fraud case.The case has been registered based on a complaint filed by Bank of Baroda.The CBI conducted raids at his Mumbai residence after filing an FIR.The allegations are linked to loans taken by Reliance Communications.Investigators claim that the loan funds were allegedly diverted and misused.Fictitious transactions with related parties reportedly caused heavy losses to the bank.Officials also stated that company accounts were manipulated to conceal irregularities.The RCOM account had already been declared an NPA earlier.This latest development has triggered strong reactions in corporate and financial circles.
