I personally don't think you can beat the personality of a nubian, they are pretty calm, and the biggest love bugs!
On top of that they have wonderful milk that is great for drinking and making cheese!
I also wanted to touch on alpha s1 casein because I find it so interesting! it is also important for us to have high casein levels for the best cheese and milk!
