Описание: I'm trying an experiment in building a large prison in PA. Previous attempts haven't turned out well due to the large distances inmates have to cover and were unable to meet all their needs during the day.

So I'm trying a compartmentalised prison. Essentially multiple reasonably sized prisons side-by-side with no contact between them. This way the paths the inmates have to travel will be short and it should all turn out fine.

The first stage is building 2 separate sections, filling them both with inmates and seeing what happens.

The build seems to halt a few times. This is because I encountered a number of problems. First problem was using the "high priority" instruction caused delivered items to duplicate and fill up the storage and delivery areas. Then I had problems with the layout meaning no laundry was getting delivered.
Then I had problems with heating and all the inmates were freezing and furious. And then more problems with heating. And then more!
