Christmas Menu at Meadowsweet, Michelin Star New American in Brooklyn, NYC

Описание: On Dec 24th, 2021, I had my Christmas eve dinner at Meadowsweet, a Michelin one-star restaurant in Brooklyn, New York.

We had a prix fixes menu for two people. The dishes were amazing, and each can be a highlight of its own. The main dishes exceeded my expectation so much that the dessert felt average in comparison but they are in fact quite good.

Update:
Michelin revealed its 2022 guide for NYC and Meadowsweet has unfortunately lost its star. But this particular meal speaking from my experience was absolutely fantastic. I hope they can regain their star soon.
