Boa noite 🇵🇹🌙
Yesterday was a very special day in my life. ♥️ But maybe I’ll write more about it later and make a post because, for now, I’m still filled with powerful emotions. 🤩🥹
A fantastic event took place at the Picadeiro Quinta da Horta, where Gilberto Filipe, a two-time WE World Champion, current European Champion, and a rider with many other achievements to his name, trains and teaches horsemanship.👑🇵🇹🎠🌟

The competition attracted dozens of riders of various ages, skill levels, and from different countries, a wonderful audience, and excellent judges who supported the riders when challenges arose. Lusitano horses, of course, reigned supreme. 🎠The organizers also ensured that no one went hungry or thirsty. There were sponsors and prizes too. I will definitely make many reels from this competition because there’s so much to show.🎥

But I’ll start with the youngest competitor, who was absolutely incredible and competed in a unique category: for princesses. 👸
She was beautifully supported on her journey through the obstacle course by Barboleta. 🇵🇹🎠
See for yourselves if WE is a difficult discipline. The answer is both yes and no. It’s a beautiful discipline that you can start training at any age and continue perfecting endlessly.💪

The approach to horses here is also incredible. Nothing is forced; everything is done calmly, with respect and a deep understanding of their psyche and capabilities. Here, horses are a national pride, tradition, and friends.🎠🇵🇹♥️
