Описание: Today we are making one of the greatest meats you can eat! We are making home made smoked bacon from a pork belly! This is the "EQ" equilibrium style bacon. It takes just about all of the guess work out of making great bacon. You will need a scale that can measure in grams as well as an EQ calculator. The EQ calculator I used can be found on makinbacon.net. This is what bacon experts would call "hot smoked bacon". Be careful with weighing and using the pink salt "prague poweder #1" as this stuff is not a salt replacement and too much of it can be bad. Try this, and you won't want to go back to store bought bacon again!
